With the 7th of the 7th fast approaching, what better time for me to finally get the Vidmaster 7 on 7th Achievement.
I just have one question for those who know a bit about this achievement: does it go by the 7th of the month in your time zone, or in whichever American time zone it would usually go by.
For example I live in Australia, so we are ahead of American time, so their 7th only rolls around when it is late evening on our 7th of the month.
So basically my question is, can I get this achievement from 12:00AM on the 7th at my time, or do I have to wait until the evening, and go by America’s time zone?

Thanks for the tip! I’m working on that day from 8AM to 3PM so I’ll probably just get home from work and play from there. Thanks for the help offer, but yesterday I went to the 7 on 7th playlist and racked up 7XP so I’m ready to get the achievement.
All good now. I started up Halo 3 at 5PM on the night of the 7th of July Australian time, when it wasn’t even the 7th in America yet, selected the ‘7 on 7th’ playlist, not even pressing ‘Start matchmaking’ and the achievement popped.
It must go by the time on your console.
It does go by the time zone you have your console set to.
I changed my zone way ahead, got the achievement, changed it back and now it says I earned the achievement on 7-6
That Vidmaster Achievement from memory can be done on the 7th of any month. All you have to do is enter any ranked or social playlist with an EXP of 7 on the 7th day of any month.
