Halo 3 Terminal 6 bug and Flipyap Achievement

Anyone has the same problem : every time I try to access terminal 6 on the Covenant in Halo 3 the game crashes as soon as the screen turns red at the end, I tried with a second controller and by joining a friend’s game without any success. Any solution to this?

Also, I tried many times to get the Flipyap achievement but it still don’t work. Any tip for this one?

I haven’t had any problems with terminal 6 but I tried again for flipyap today. Got it 7 or 8 times today on easy, normal, and legendary difficulty listened to the entire thing most times it came up, but no achievement unlocked… I give up on that one. Waste of time.
