Halo 3 stats?

How come the stats for Halo 3 aren’t being monitored by HaloWaypoint? Bungie has stopped updating them, and Waypoint doesn’t give you the option.

343 said they wasn’t updating halo 3 stats at this time.bungie are not in contro of halo anymore 343 are.

Small time stats like your K/D & games played are being tracked for you to see on Waypoint here: Career.

Choose Halo 3 and it will show you some small stats, sadly Waypoint have no plans at this time to support Halo 3 stats full time, they may in the future when Halo 4’s stats are done & the Reach File Share is out online.

Awwww, i love H3 so much and i can’t see my medals… :frowning:

Think you only see it in game.

Medals !!!

-Yoink-, 343 will never come close to Bungie when it comes to stat tracking. ever.

343 doesn’t think H3 stats are worth the trouble. Which they are wrong of course, but they will never see it from any other perspective.

I blame -Yoink!-

Such a tight opinion, right now, Halo 3 is the five year old game, Reach is the two year old game and Halo 4 is going to be the new game.

They are currently focusing on Halo 4 & Halo: Reach, Halo 3 had its time and the newer games will always get priority over the older games, this is the case for most developers.

Come on halo 3 7/7/12 BIG TEAM SLAYER http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57Imh59Fm2E&feature=plcp

5 years or not. It’s still a popular game, personally I think Halo Reach is already updated enough so its about time we move on to Halo 3 then move onto file share stuff later since it the stats are updated then it may mean bettter challenges when Halo 4 comes out.

I agree, sadly, hehe. People also need to remember that Bungie have been fine tuning their stat tracking since as early as 2004. Waypoint have been at it since 2011 I believe. Give them another couple of years under their belt and we should see some fine systems in the future.

How do you expect them to do Halo 4’s stats at the best they can if they split their team to do a Halo 3 statistics section at the same time?

The game is old and doesn’t take priority, the newer and more popular game does.

I simply refuse to believe that 343 doesn’t have the resources to do both H3 stat tracking and get H4’s stat tracking ready by release. That might mean H4 will lose some features/ they will come out post release, but having basic H3 stat tracking is WELL worth that sacrifice. Having H3 get basically nothing is unacceptable, because there are still many, many people who enjoy H3 over Reach.

Halo 4 doesn’t need to have the absolute best possible stat tracking by release, it just needs to have one that is up to par with Bungie, which is easily doable while making a basic one for H3.

Once again, Halo 4 is the new game, they will want everything ready, at launch, bug free or at least as amount of bugs as possible, if they split their team in order to get Halo 3 statistics up, they will be sacrificing valuable resources towards Halo 4, something I doubt Microsoft would let them do.

You will get your Halo 3 stats in the future, there is no doubt, but the majority are going to be buying Halo 4, not slipping back into a five year old game called Halo 3.

Halo 3 will ALWAYS be a better game than reach, Halo 4 we will see. If this franchise turns into Call of Duty 2.0 i wont waste my time with it anymore and neither will most fans.

Different fans have different opinions on which game is better, I personally prefer Halo: Reach, so we can never confirm which game is better.

I wonder if 343 has commanding halo 3 as I report on bungie.net and digeron me that is not in charge of Halo 3 to see the statistics I had to find out on halo waypoint so I would like to know why there rrealidad people like me who are waiting to see the statistics and to unlock the halo 3 recon of time but your prompt response

How can you get recon armour on halo 3 if you have all the vidmasters BUT bungie dosent track halo 3 anymore or offer the road to recon “unlock recon” button anymore?

They gave Recon armor to everyone in Halo 3
