halo 3 service record error and armor gone

I was playing halo 3 and i saw that my EOD chest and arms were missing but my helmet was still there and on the campaign my legendary play through of game was gone even though i did beat it on legendary and i even have the achievement

Ya, Halo 3 is kinda glitchy with the armor. I also completed the campaign on legendary but my service record still indicates that I only completed it on normal, however I have the achievement.
