Halo 3 region locked? (Germany)

hey everyone. own this game back home in the states but am out here for awhile so trying to download for free. xbox live is being bitchy and not letting me download halo 3 (same was with rainbow six)).

is this just a temp error or is it a known fact that h3 will not be available in germany?

I’m a United States resident and I cannot download it either so I highly doubt it’s region locked. Just a malfunction, I think.

If you’re still having trouble, attempt to recover your profile after deleting it off your hard drive.

Also try signing out/in multiple times.

Try clicking this link, it is a direct link to download the game so it might force download it directly onto your console.

  1. Please fix, we don’t need that here.
  2. I think that it’s only free in certain countries.
