Hey guys when Bungie turned Halo over to 343 Recon was supposed to be released to all online profiles correct? So why can’t I get it?
Recon was released in waves I think twice by 343, I think you had to be active on Halo 3 at that time in order to get it. If you didn’t get it at that time then i’m afraid it’s no longer possible to get it. The last unlock wave was a few years ago now and 343 no longer have the ability to unlock it again
