So I recently got Halo 3 (finally) and I was poking around online about how to unlock the armors. In doing so, i discovered that (back when H3 was somewhat new) the Recon armor was exclusive for Bungie members and a select few. Since it’s 2017 now, I was wondering if that restriction was removed at some point. If someone could help, I’d be grateful.
It was made available to everyone when Bungie left halo and even before that by getting all the vidmasters. Im not sure how it works now, though.
Sorry OP, Recon can no longer be earned or given out in Halo 3. It was last given out around 2012
