I’m on Xbox 360 & back in Oct. of 2013 I downloaded Halo 3 via Games with Gold on my Xbox LIVE Gold Membership.
I deleted it some time later to make room on my Hard Drive for other things. Recently I was wanting to play it again, but when I went to Download it again it says I have to purchase it for $19.99. I’ve already contacted Xbox support & they sent me here for help.
How can I get this resolved? It does not show up in my Purchase or Download History even though it was on my Hard Drive & I played it.
