Okay so bungie is a thing of the past now, and I know Microsoft owns a lot of it now. I was wondering if there was anyway at all to get my account unbanned so that I can play on it to get back in the groove for halo 4? I figured since bungie doesn’t do anything anymore, that there might be a way for Microsoft to help me out now…? Anything would be appreciated.
It’s actually 343 that handles the Halo matchmaking now and not Microsoft. Microsoft owns the Halo brand.
If your account is permanent banned from matchmaking there’s nothing you can do.
Microsoft won’t be able to help you with anything, permanent bans are permanent.

All jokes aside, you’d be better off winning the lottery than getting your account unbanned in H3. Gamebattles is back for Halo 3 so if you wanted you could still run customs (unless you got banned from that too :/). You could also make a new account… just be sure not to cheat if you do.
