Halo 3 PC flight, can't access ticket submitting

Hi,

I’m currently in the Halo 3 PC flight but for some reason when I try to access the Halo Support site I get an almost blank page. When I click the link for the “how to submit a ticket” post in the flight invitation email the site says that I’m unauthorized to access the page even though I can play the flight on Steam just fine.

Hey OP, try just the main Insider site URL. If it gives you a blank page or a weird error, just try refreshing the page. Alternatively load it up incognito / private mode

Thanks, the incognito mode seems to work/using another browser. Could be one of my Firefox’s add-ons that caused the issue.
