Lo so I’m a little bit too late, but ultimately I’m re-playing halo 3 for unlock the achievements in this account because in his times I had an other one.
I played like 30 games, then I played 10/15 games that my account doesn’t count. Why? Somebody knows/remember of this problem?
I want to unlock achievements as much as possible and this is frustrating.

Probably a lot of multiplayer achievements. If i’m not mistaken, there was also map packs which had playlists and those playlists got discontinued not too long after the map pack was put into multiplayer.
Principally I’m talking about the “rank” achievements (50xp for example).
At the end of every game there’s no add on games played in social or ranked, so exp neither, even if I win.
Per il aachievements in the dlc maps, luckily I have a friend who help me in team mythic tu unlock them
The EXP and Ranking system is currently broken - a few of us have messaged 343 in the below thread to try to get it resolved:
This has been an issue for some time. Halo 3 is an Xbox 360 and therefore run on different servers. Those servers are dated and becoming harder to stay on top of. Halo 3, along with every other Xbox 360 game that has an online population, is having the same problems. These problems can big fixed but its up to Microsoft to do so. We’re lucky they’re still up and running. The Xbox 360 is going to be 15 years old this November. That’s a long time to keep those servers up and running. The original Xbox Live servers were shut down after 14 years.
