I received an email telling me that I was eligible to receive a code to get Halo 3 ODST but I never received it. If someone could help me resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate it

Make sure to check your xbox messages. You should check on xbox.com, your X1 and smart glass if you have it just in case. Have a read over the FAQ in my signature for info on what to do if you still don’t have the message out accidentally deleted it :slight_smile:

I had the same problem. Log in to xbox.com and it will be there in your messages. I’m sure of it.

i did not get the code for ODST and i would like to talk to someone so they can tell me why

Did you play on the game on or before December 9th while connected to xbox live? If you played after that you won’t get a code for ODST.

As NOTHING1002 said, you needed to have played before 19th December. Check the FAQ link in my sig for more details :slight_smile:
