Halo 3 ODST vidmaster achievement question

So I was looking through the achievements for ODST and saw the vidmaster challenges. What do the achievements mean when they say LIVE. Just wondering, thanks!

It means it has to be done on Xbox Live. Not necessarily with anyone FROM Xbox Live but Xbox Live has to be on.
