I know that the Rookies dead, Dutch is retired, Mickey’s a rebel, Romeo is a Spatan-IV, and Buck is in Fireteam Osiris, but is their any way they can be in a sequel? Have the old team reunite for one operation. Have the Buck and Romeo plead Dutch to put the ODST armor and helmet one last time. I liked Halo 3: ODST, I thought it had the best graphics of all the Halo games on the Xbox: 360.

The only option would be a prequel or spinoff about previous missions of the old squad. I personally hate the Mickey-insurrectionist thing, and, unfortunately, with this new saga, these forerunner things, I don’t think there could be room for combat drops, story-wise, and I don’t think 343i would spend time on a spinoff about ODST, since 99% of the fans likes playing as a super-mega (kewl !1!111!!11!) 10-feet-tall-invincible super man 
I haven’t finished halo 4 yet, I haven’t bought an xbox one yet and I am not going to do it until I see a game worth being played. You should probably check the arma III mod ‘Operation Trebuchet’ out. It’s a good mod, it lets you taste the brutal life of the normal grunt without fancy schmanzy armors and doping.

It could happen. Maybe not as a game but as a “Spartan Ops” style add on to a game that is lacking in the campaign department. I am looking at you Halo 5.
