Halo 3: ODST not working on Xbox Cloud

Hello friends!

When I try to play Halo 3: ODST on the MCC on my Android device via Xbox Cloud, I get an error message saying:

“Halo 3: ODST DLC Required
Halo 3: ODST is not installed. Would you like to visit the Xbox Store?”

All the other games including Halo: Reach work fine, and I really enjoy using the Xbox Cloud! It’s a shame that I can’t play ODST on the cloud because not only is it a great game, but also most of the weekly and seasonal challenges are based on ODST currently.

Specifically, the error message pops up once I try to enter the ODST campaign or firefight. If I go to Settings -> Gameplay -> Change Installed Games, Halo 3: ODST is marked as installed, but it is also marked as locked, so the ODST title image is covered by a blue transparent lock symbol (I would have liked to append screenshots of the problem but I guess the forum doesn’t offer this option, but I hope my description is enough). I do not have this problem on my Xbox One. Maybe a relevant information regarding this topic is also that I live in Austria and maybe this issue is location-specific, for example that the cloud servers in Austria don’t have ODST unlocked? I would be surprised if this was the case, but I haven’t heard about anyone else who has a similar problem yet.

For me this problem has always been there, so ever since I first played on the Xbox Cloud this Monday (28 September 2020). I have tried uninstalling the Game Pass app and reinstalling it, however I wasn’t able to find a fix for this problem yet.

I would be very grateful if someone could provide a solution for this problem. Many thanks and greetings from Austria!
