Hi, apologies in advance if I’m posting in the wrong place- I’ve never used the forums before. So recently I got on the MCC after being off for a while and tried to play ODST but it told me I had to purchase the DLC. I was gifted the game a few years ago for having purchased the MCC before a certain date(I don’t remember what it was but it was compensation for the broken launch), and I’ve been playing ODST for the last few years. I even checked my email and found the email they sent telling me I got the game. Any help would be appreciated! Contacting Microsoft directly has not been helpful.
Go into your games and apps menu, hit start and “manage game” to make sure the DLC is still installed. If so, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling.
