I bought Halo 3: ODST for the MCC earlier this year and played through it without issue. Now the game will not start. It says ODST is not installed when I try to start up a game, even though both my Xbox and the storefront recognizes that it is, in fact installed. When I go to Change Installed Games under Options and Career in the MCC Collection, ODST has a blue lock on top of it. Already uninstalled and re-installed the add-on. Nada. So I am left unable to play a piece of content that I have paid for.

I would file a support ticket. I’ve owned it since day one and never had that problem. That stinks.

Already done. My hopes are low considering this is an issue people have been reporting for years with no solutions. The MCC has always been a mess but to be unable to play a piece of content that I have purchased is basically theft.
