They just announced that they are introducing a horde mode in Halo 3 ODST to fight the floods. Do you realize what that means for Halo Infinite?
If in a game of more than 10 years they have been able to introduce that new game mode, what will they not be able to introduce in Halo Infinite? Literally the possibilities for multiplayer PVE and the campaign are endless.
A sense of euphoria has come over me just thinking about what we might end up having over the years.

Rabies level hype
Considering 343 has neglected to implement the flood in any capacity into H4 or H5 I don’t think the flood will come to Infinite anytime soon if it all. ODST has the benefit of running the same engine as H3 which features the flood. Whole new assets didn’t have to be created, although Im sure a lot of technical magic went into making it work.
