When viewing Dare on Halo 3: ODST’s “appearance” screen, her model is missing a number of decals that are supposed to be applied to her armor and her visor’s blue. If you select her as your Firefight character and play as her in Firefight, those decals are properly displayed during gameplay and her visor is the correct gold.
Does anyone know why Dare’s model is displayed incorrectly on the “appearance” screen?
I noticed that too back in 2010, but never found any source explaining the “color change”. Also enemies say “found him” when they see her…

The enemy combat dialogue is taken directly from Halo 3, so they always act as though you’re the Master Chief. I’m pretty sure they call you “demon” as well.
