I received my code to download ODST. But when I turned my Xbox One on to redeem the code, the message containing the code was gone and so was the message on my Smartglass app. How can I get a new code sent to me?

Same thing has happened to me. I received an email on June 1 and just havent logged on yet to redeem it. I logged on today and all of My Notifications except for one have diaappeared including me ODST redemtion code. Can someone please help me with this?
You would need to mak a post over in the Xbox Support forums I linked above or contact B is for Bravo to see if he and the team can help. Check the FAQ link in my sig for more details, I’ve got a section near the bottom of the first post that deals with ODST issues

I have one spare code if u want it…I was going to give it to some random person anyway since I got three of em on three IDs but one was sufficient and gave one to a friend. Let me know I’ll send u the screenshot of it to your email.

If Bravo doesnt take it I know it would make things easier for me. There isnt a response on the xbox forum. Doesnt seem to be a way to get another code from anyone. But obviously if Bravo wants it he was here first.

If he doesn’t respond till this friday I’ll give it to u instead. I’ll just message on the x1 dash but if he does then sry bro.

@Dekka I msg’d u the code from here so check ur messages. I Wasn’t bothered turning on the console haha
