Halo 3: ODST Code disappeared

So, this’ll sound sketchy but I just finished talking to Xbox support and they said that this was something i needed to bring up with 343.

I recently re-installed Halo: TMCC because of all this Halo 5 hype and I thought that i might as well use my previously unused Halo 3: ODST download code that was issued to me by 343, but messaged to me through Xbox Live. When i went to find this message I noticed that it had disappeared from my messages (that was the sketchy part). I was just wondering if there was a way for me to get re-issued the same code (not asking for a new one) if that is possible. I am happy to provide any details that are required for this endeavour.

Hey OP, all Xbox Live messages expire after 30 days by default (if you weren’t aware of that), so any time you get a code sent through it’s a good idea to either redeem it asap or write it down / store it somewhere safe. Codes themselves won’t expire though. You’re in luck though as the Xbox support forums will be able to sort you out with a replacement code. Check the MCC FAQ link in my signature for more details - the ODST section near the bottom of the first post, there’s a section on lost/deleted codes :slight_smile:
