I got the good smartian achivement but it didnt give me my ODST avator Armor

You should see it in the ‘avatar awards’ or ‘awards’ section of the customization interface, and you may have to selct H3 ODST there. Also, I think you should have Waypoint Console on your Xbox, it might worth a try to look it up there.

Same here i recently got good samaritan and finished campaign on legendary for the other award but i didnt get anything…i loaded up waypoint and still nothing…i think they stopped tracking for this game in march I WANT MY AVATAR AWARDS!!!
