Halo 3: ODST Audio Logs achievements not unlocking

I have collected all audio logs, including the 30th one on the mission Data Hive, but the achievements for the 27th, 28th and collecting all audio logs are not unlocking.
The said achievements are :
Catching On → 28th
Wisening Up → 29th
Record Store Owner → All audio logs.

I have tried all common troubleshooting steps, deleting profile, hard resetting the console and game, deleting local save, etc. with no results.

I would like to know what to do to unlock them

They glitched out on me as well cuz I did them on co-op first. I just eventually went back through on Solo and collected them all again and it worked fine.

Never played ODST Coop, so that’s no the same issue than me…
