Halo 3 not showing service record

Hey guys,
I was wondering if there is a way to retrieve my Halo 3 service record. When I pull it up it says I have never played the game which is not accurate. I believe that it is showing that because I have changed my Gamertag since playing Halo 3 originally. Previously SCHU3Y, now Schu3yy.

Would that be a cause for my service record to not load. I can view all of my friends service records who I played with at that time.

It would be nice to be able to view those stats again to relive the halo glory days.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey OP, your theory is correct :slight_smile:
Changing gamertags causes a desync in your stats, your stats will still show up on your old gamertag. To get them to sync up again you need access to Halo 3 and be able to play while connected to Xbox Live. This can br anything from campaign to custom games. Everything should sync back up shortly after that.
