Halo 3 Normal Showing as Purchased!?

I bought halo 3 ODST, and i see in my games library that the normal halo 3 shows as i bought it so when i selected it, it tells me to insert the disc.

So i do and it leads me to the multiplayer of halo 3 ODST.

But to add to the craziness, when i go to the purchase screen of halo 3 (normal) on XBL Marketplace, it says “Play Now” So i do and it dosen’t install or anything just tells me to insert the disc.

Is this for everyone? I bought the disc version of ODST.

So will i need to buy halo 3 from gamestop or something? Or is there a way to get the full version?

I’m really confused as to why it would tell me i have it when i only have ODST, ODST came with the multiplayer disc and it was normal halo 3 multiplayer so im not sure why regular halo 3 shows that i have bought it?

The ODST multiplayer disk is the Halo 3 complete multiplayer with all the DLCs. It shows that you have Halo 3 because the multiplayer disk isn’t technically Halo 3: ODST. So unfortunately the Halo 3 campaign is not on either of the disks from the ODST pack. You do need the actual Halo 3 disk or download to play it. I hope this answered your question.

Oh okay so with ODST multiplayer you get all the DLC’s? Hell yeah!
