Does anyone know how to get Mark V helmet? Completely forgot and it would be nice to have another helmet.

It is unlocked by attaining the ‘UNSC Spartan’ achievement; unlock criteria: earn 12 EXP in any playlist.

Assuming the Xbox 360 servers aren’t on the fritz, it’s an easy unlock.

What if you don’t have Xbox Live???

If that’s the case I don’t think you can obtain it.

Ah, that’s too bad. It’s one of my favorite helmets. My 2nd favorite, my favorite is the AIR ASSAULT.

You have to get the officer rank

Get 12 XP (Win 12 multiplayer matches) ; you’ll also get an achievement called ‘UNSC Spartan’.
If you play Halo 3 offline, I don’t think there’s any other methods to obtain the helmet.
