I am still banned from halo 3 now for having a picture of a seal with goggly eyes, holding a bucket with the caption, “I can haz bucket” it made me laugh so hard i had to put it in my file share and went on vacation for a week. returning only to find my account being permanently banned for that reason because that picture was also missing. so im i seriously still banned from a company that no longer exists?

First of all, the picture was modded, which is against the rules, you should have looked at it, had a good laugh and moved on, not added it to your File Share.
As for your ban, Bungie invented the technology for the ban hammer sure, but as of now, 343i have control over both the Halo 3 & Reach banhammer, it is automatic so you were still banned by 343i.
It won’t be lifted either & you can’t appeal.
actually i find it impressive that you even found a modded picture, but yeah that’s unfair as -Yoink-
