Halo 3 Look sensitivity glitched

I am having issues keeping my selected sensitivity of 5. Every other minute the look sensitivity will revert back to 7 and it’s really messing me up

Where can submit this for fixing?

Is this in Halo 3 360? Or Halo 3 in MCC? I assume it’s in Halo 3 360 and I’ve never had this issue. Because when your done changing your settings they should save automatically.

Its halo 3 360. Yea I thought selecting the sensitivity will keep it permanently but it changes back to 7 automatically in the middle of games and in lobby. Not just once. I can change mid game and it will keep changing back.
