As of last Wednesday a number of older Xbox 360 titles that used the TrueSkill ranking system have experienced an outage. Ranks are not increasing or decreasing and stats are not being tracked. This has affected effected a large number of titles such as GTA IV, Quake 4, GRAW, Gears of War, and most notably Halo 3. Due to the huge number of outages it is clearly a Microsoft issue, but standard Microsoft technical support is unable to help. If someone at 343 could get in touch with a contact at Microsoft and make them aware of this issue it would be greatly appreciated by the community that still competitively plays these titles.
