I’m a Londoner and why when 343i take over Halo dose Halo 3 have the most emotional lag ever? My mates have the same problem as well. It’s completely ruined my favorite game. Do you get this in America?
It happens to everyone, you have to remember Halo 3 doesn’t have a huge population any more, meaning you will match with people from other countries commonly.
Combine that with the bad netcode Halo 3 had, and boom, bobs your uncle.

If you can get a lot of people to play Halo 3 again so you are matching those with a good connection in your country commonly, yes, if not, then there is nothing you can do.
You could try the Prefer Good Connection search filter but it my past experience, it does little to nothing.
I hoped on Reach for the first time ever a few days ago and get paired up against these Aussies like 3-4 times in a row(they pulled host every game btw). Lets say that my DMR was shooting out spaghetti and they used instant transmission.
I gave Reach another try and it spits on me. What a fail game. I’d take H3 lag, booters, cheaters, derankers, over a terribad game any day.
Yeah the grenade throw and melee are really delayed.
