I seem to have severe lag when (ONLY) playing halo 3… It’s like the old days of standby where everyone keeps walking the same direction they were going, the time clock stops, I go to black screen for a few seconds. Then it all comes back like its fine… and it repeats this probably ever 15-30sec. This makes the game unplayable as when I go to black screen I usually end up respawning because someone kills me. Like I said it ONLY does this when I play halo 3… What gives?
Before you suggest its my internet connection - consider I play every other game on MCC with no problems what so ever. That includes halo MCC and other xbox one game titles. I have tried resetting my xbox and hard reset to no avail. I would really like to play halo3 with friends but obviously its too frustrating. Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks…
The other weird thing about it - is that very rarely I’ll have a game where it doesn’t happen at all…but probably 80-90% of the time it does.
I too get frequent HALAG 3 problems, It happen in the original H3(360) too but it seems much more often in the MCC, but you can blame the broken H3 multiplayer, small population so connections are less than optimal and just the fact that H3 is the worst online and multiplayer Halo.
Same here brother. Only H3, across all H3 gametypes. Ive tried playing with other ppl n they see me lagging. Lol They are fine tho. Like u said all other GTs are lag free, only Halo 3. Tried different discs too.
The exact same problem as you. Started at 2.00 pm central on the 27th of September 2015.
I’ve been saying this for awhile, but its getting even worse. The past couple games I just played were H3 doubles and right as we take the lead boom were offline, people are walking into walls, black screen.
I also have problems with the lag in Halo 3, I lost several games because of lag.
