This is like my dream; being able to play Halo 3 1080p, 60fps with Dedicated Servers.

Halo 3 is where i started gaming hardcore on xbox 360 and online :). Its where i met a majority of gaming friends i have now and a lot of my good friends. I cannot wait to relive those memories.

Same here. I got high-speed internet, and sequentially Xbox Live, in 2010. I played Halo 2 for a while before the servers shut down. I’ve played more Halo 3 than I can recall. Playing it right now as we speak.

I can’t play Halo 3 without Dedicated Servers. The lag is real.
I loves me some Halo 3.
I was a huge fan of the first two, but I think after playing Halo 3, Halo became my favorite franchise.
Halo 3 is my favorite in the series and I’m oh so happy to see it return. It looks gorgeous, it’s amazing what difference pixels and frame-rate make for a game.
I agree my brother and I just finished playing Halo 3’s campaign I am really excited to play it on the Xbox one
Can’t wait to see some side by side comparison videos of halo 3 in action, looks great so far! Memory is a cruel thing and I remeber halo 3 and for that matter all the older halo’s looking better than they actually did. Re-watching halo 2 cutscenes surprised me, I remebered it looking real when I was younger.
I think they all look absoulutly amazing! I can’t wait for MCC, Brings back a lot of good memories.
Man I also can’t wait to go in and play my favourite halo game, halo 3.

Halo 3 was my favorite campaign though I unfortunately wasn’t around for the prime days of it’s multplayer. Reach was my first.
Can’t wait to play Halo 3’s multiplayer again, so many good memories playing that game. Especially when i opened my ODST box and realised there was a second disc containing all the Halo 3 maps xD
Played a friends halo 3 on his 360, NEXT DAY I had my own 360 and a copy of Halo 3. My body is ready to experience it again. (Even tho I played halo 3 like 2 days ago hehe)

My Halo 3 disc is scratched so I haven’t been able to play campaign in years. It will be nice to relive those memories.
To be honest, I don’t think Halo 3 looks anything close to “amazing”. It looks good for such an old game, but it definitely shows its age. Even when it was released I wasn’t impressed with its visuals. Still, it looks nice, and running at 60 FPS and being in 1080p will help it a bit. I’m just sad to see that they’ve kept the same abysmal FOV for the campaign. An FOV of 55 is awful, and it’s no wonder I always got headaches when playing the game. That’s one of the major reasons I couldn’t enjoy it as much as I would have liked to.
