just hoping Halo 4 is made to be more like 3 rather then reach. Would love to see a remake of 2.

I’d rather not pay 60 bucks for a remake of a video game, no matter how good it is/was. I want a freshly made new game that IS halo, PLAYS like HALO, etc. with fresh, newer ideas

Looking back at the games, I understand why they added or removed things into their next Halo. Say all you want about how “amazing” Halo 2 was or whatever; they all had something broken about them.
Halo Reach isn’t as broken as the other ones.

People say amazing for halo 2 for the mm. Halo CE just for the campiagn and pistol

CE’s Campaign seemed Clich’e to me, Halo 2’s was vaster and actually showed you who you were fighting in depth.
Best Campaign: Halo 2
Best Multiplayer: Halo Reach
The only reason I say that Halo 2 is my favourite Halo game is because the campaign is more important to me. I love Halo Reach’s campaign too, but all the glitches and stuff, the awesome story and playing as the Arbiter made Halo 2’s campaign so amazing. I spent over 2000 hours in Halo 2’s campaign alone and I still play every campaign from every Halo game now and then, too bad nobody ever wants to play co-op campaign’s anymore.

I always got the feeling that H2 campaign was rushed apart from sticking it on lengendary and getting -Yoinked!- over by some jackels with the sniper.
The one thing i found was i played Halo CE campaign over and over again not so much with h2 becuase i was playing more mm. im saying that as not as much the story more the gameplay of the campiagn

Hate to break it to you but classic Halo is dead.
That’s why all the COD inspired changes and other recent poorly thoughtout FPS mechanics are being introduced.
Quantity > Quality in today’s marketplace unfortunately.

Halo 2’s campaign was probably the worst in the series. The multiplayer, however, was SICK!

I’d love a remake or Anniversary version of Halo 2. It had the best Campaign and the best Multiplayer, in my opinion. I’d gladly pay $60 for it. As for Halo 4 being more like Halo 3 than Reach, I think it should be. I didn’t like Reach as much as Halo 3.

I agree with you 117%. Halo 2 Anniversary would be epic.
