HALO 3: Grenade kills in halo 3 matchmaking are not counting toward the 500 grenade kills achievement. Legendary medals that are won aren’t registering at all. I’ve gotten about 3 triple-doubles playing H3 matchmaking and none of them have registered to my medal list or to the 100 legendary medals achievement.
I can confirm Legendary medals are still registering for Reach games. Not sure of others.

I can also confirm these are bugged for me as well.
