There would be nothing more I would love than for Halo 3 to get densely populated again. I played the hell out of this game, I get on it here and there its so much harder to find people in certain playlists, lot of the fun ones too. Why do games have to get old. Everybody promise me you will jump on Halo 3 again!!!

Most people don’t play Halo 3 like old days because they are used to Reach’s gameplay: Armor Abilities vs equipment, new weapons, better networking code (I admit to agree with this one). Microsoft gave H3 for free with Games with Gold but who downloaded it probably played a few hours and then deleted it from his HDD. IMO I love H3 and the only reason I’m not online is because university is killing me and I have no real time to play, so I don’t spend that money on Gold.
I think people don’t play it because everyone who has played it has had enough for at least a while
I love Halo 3 as well, but you have to realize it’s now 7 years old and unfortunately, people have moved on to other games now. I wish we could go back to the best time of Halo 3 (before Reach came out) but we can’t obviously.

Yea halo 3 really did have its time, I really cant complain I mean it is an old game and everything and now people are used to the way Halo is being played now. Be nice if it gets just a little more populated though since its gonna be on Xbox One, gotta mean something, sure people would give it a go. Especially since they will have every single map, theres more to it now. we will see though.

Yeah most of my time is probably going to be spent on halo 2, 3, then halo 1. Hopefully Their will be at a larger halo 3 community then their is currently.

I know the feeling, every time I get a chance to play online I play reach and halo 3 the most
I still play Halo 3 and it’s not been bad this past year with MC Collection around the corner.
I know before MC Collection comes out I plan to give the game one final run before I play Halo 3 on my Xbox One. Halo 3 on the 360 for the 7 years I played was awesome and now it’s time for me to get in a few more days worth before Nov 11th.
I’m sure Halo 3 will live on even after MC Collection in playlists like social slayer and Team Slayer but after another year or two MS I think will pull 360 support and that’ll be the end of that and I will be glad I’m on the xbox one to play Halo 1, 2 and 3 classic forever (I hope) as long as the server never go away.
I would play Halo 3 more if I had a Gold membership more frequently and even if there was more players

I love playing Halo 3 !! Especially on the DLC maps, but nobody plays them! It’s like impossible to find a game that has DLC maps. That’s why I’m really looking forward to the Master Chief Collection!!
I love Halo 3, but the combination of lag, most playlists being dead, no DLC in the one playlist that is still populated (Social Slayer), stats no longer being updated, no double XP weekends, and hardly anyone using mics anymore collectively make it so much less enjoyable than it was a few years ago, hence me not playing it nearly as much. It will be much better in MCC because most, if not all, of those issues will no longer be issues.
Halo 3 is the best and always will be! I’m always down to play some h3 and any playlist as well! Just lemme know
