Halo 3 Flight Support

I was able to get into the Halo 3 flight for MCC on PC and I haven’t run into too many issues but, there is no place to report the issues on the halo support website. The website looks like it hasn’t been updated in a month. What is the purpose of a flight if we can’t report the issues?

I have a problem, when I activate the product key in steam, it says: platform does not validate I don’t know what that mistake was about but it made me sad since I wanted to play but I can’t because of that mistake

Are you sure that you are copying it correctly from your Insider profile? Double check that you didn’t miss a letter or something. You can find a copy of your Halo 3 flight key at the bottom of your Insider Profile here: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/halo-insider/profile

yes, I got the code right but when I go to my library to download it it won’t let me

What’s the exact error is gives you when you try and redeem - you haven’t redeemed it before already, have you?

I already exchanged it but it tells me platform is not valid

Windows 7 home basic 32 bits

That’s the problem I’m afraid - MCC requires 64bit to operate. You’ll need to either upgrade your OS to the 64bit version of Windows 7 or Windows 10 (assuming your PC can support it)
