The flood Firefight was a great edition and a dream come true. But can we also get Halo 3 version of Firefight as well I’m sure it can be brought up. I would live to dualwield weapons and kick butt.

H3 ODST already use the assets/enemies from H3, so you are already playing H3 firefight
Do you mean you want a shield / maps from the H3 campaign?
There are some physics differences between the game - recoil, grenade throws, health.
The user is suggesting since the Flood from H3 were ported into FF for H3:ODST, why can’t Firefight be ported into H3.

I think that would be pretty fun. Would also love to be able to play firefight as an elite.

You can play as an elite, by changing teams. But then its more like invasion tbh.

I think just having a custom game setting where you can play as your Halo 3 character in ODST Firefight would be good, and then maybe having some maps brought from 3 as well.
Only in Reach, which I also wouldn’t mind having the ability to play as a friendly elite for casual games.

Spartan Fight would be an interesting gametype option.
That would be cool. Wonder how hard it would be for them to let you play as a Spartan on ODST firefight.
Although I would much rather them work on remastering more H2 maps for H2A, terf, backwash, Colossus, terminal, waterworks… The awesomeness being left out for H2A
