I’m a big Halo fan like all of you are. I will love Halo Infinite and 100% complete it in every way possible. I don’t have many suggestions, but there’s one thing that would make me love Infinite more than any other game. Not matter how much it’s been bullied, been called a sniper target, bug helmet, or fishbowl. My favorite helmet in all of Halo history. Halo 3 EVA. That helmet, 4K (Maybe even 8k with Scarlett), difference color visors with all the new armor. This would just make Halo Infinite bring the waves and waves of iconic nostalgia and what makes halo 3 so special to me. This helmet would be on my spartan from the day I got it to the day I die. It would mean more to me than whatever accomplishment helmets the beautiful people at 343 graciously give us. However unlikely this is I plead you 343 for the love of precursors I need this helmet in Halo Infinite. Please 
Even though I don’t like EVA variants that much I still think Halo 3 variant would be preferable over other EVA variants or the H5g EVA clones that were called something different.
So a bit more clearly, I would approve of it’s inclusion in Infinite, much like Halo Reach variants have been in H5g but I likely wouldn’t use it.
At least it would add to the pool of acceptable looking helmets in multiplayer, which is part of the overall visual experience. Lowered standard over the years I guess. EVA & EOD were the fishbulb (as mentioned) & monkeyface back in Halo 3 but compared to something like the seeker, legionnaire, shinobi etc, they don’t seem so bad anymore by comparison.
EVA and Recon are two helmets that look the best to me in Halo Reach. The EVA helmet in Halo 3 looks like it has a deformed koala’s face on it.
Halo 3 EVA best EVA. Reach’s isn’t bad, but it’s just not EVA. Might aswell replace Orbital with the Reach EVA and make EVA the original from 3, best of both worlds. Seemed like what they were going for with Halo 4 but the overall artstyle and completely unnecessary redesigns just didn’t work for either set.
If you don’t like the eva, just look at Emile-239! I mean I like the master Chief alot, but Emile is probably the coolest character in halo.
“bug helmet” is the security helmet.
it would be awesome to see the halo 3 versions of the original armors return. I really want to see h3 security return.

I 100% agree, all these new helmets like tracer and void dancer looking like trash it would be really nice to see more great helmets

The characters is dead but his ghost still haunts the series. I remember when they pulled his armor up on the Chorus Series and they had that theme in the background. I was like, no way he’s back. Well he is not back but still.
