the disc in question is fine!
If you’re using the disc on the original Xbox 360 the only thing that I could think of is your disc is scratched somewhere, or if you’re using it backwards compatible via the Xbox One and the download got corrupted somehow, or lastly it’s just a bug because of backwards compatibility not being 100%. The problem with BC is that it’s emulated. This leaves room for more error since it’s not running off the original hardware. Best of luck.
