Im on PC, and everywhere tells me that this achievement has to be done on console. Is there anyone here who got it on MCC PC, or who knows how to?
Halloween is when the next one appears and 601 registered users on true achievements have it. Most recent winner got it on September 20th just to let you know.

I haven’t heard about it not being unlockable on PC. Maybe they’re referring to not being able to cheese it by changing your computer’s date because on PC it connects to Xbox’s app or Steam which corrects date information? I could be wrong, but that’s my assumption.
