On October 16th, Halo 3 becomes free for two weeks. Now with the vast majority of Xbox Live, this game will be downloaded a lot.I remember hearing that in July when Assassin’s Creed 2 was free, 50,000-100,000 players were on at any given time. Halo 4’s population hovers at 30,000 a day. Should DLC playlists be added for people who bought(or buy) the DLC but cannot play them because of the population? I think with all the new players, 343 should do something with the playlists.
It’s a long shot, but I would absolutely love to see the double xp weekend playlists make a return. Man they were the days. I just hope Halo 3 will come back to life, it should do.
Yea man I heard all about that. Also 343 is going to do a game type consolidation for halo 3. This means that they will remove the most inactive gametypes in matchmaking like sociel skirmish and others. Frank Oconner confirmed this already. They also did one for reach and added 3 new playlists. It basically forces them to do this because the game is heavily souronded by the ODST disc. This will also give faster search times and they will fix the pop counter
