Hello everyone,
Last night, I was playing Halo 3 and I noticed something about a player whose Xbox Live Gamertag is Drako v9. This is his profile: http://xboxgamertag.com/search/Drako-v9/
He would bump against other players on our team and would then jump off the map. Instead of saying that he “fell to his death” or that he committed suicide, the game would count it as a betrayal against the other player. He first did it to one of our team mates and then he did something stranger to boot the second player. He stopped moving for about a minute. During this minute, the player he booted was getting a Killing Spree before suddenly getting booted from the game for some reason. As soon as that player was booted, Drako v9 started moving around again.
He then came after me and made contact before jumping like before. It counted his death as if I had betrayed him but I hadn’t even shot at him. He eventually booted me from the game but I was able to save the match replay to my hard drive which shows everything up until the point where he booted me.
Some odd things that I noticed about him were that he would sometimes switch weapons multiple times in a row. He would also stop targeting people on our team after doing this 2 or 3 times. This leads me to believe that if he was running some sort of code to achieve this, it needed some time to “reload” or “reset” after he did the fake betrayal on someone.
I would greatly appreciate if if someone could provide me with any information, or if anyone knows of what could have happened. The map was Narrows and the playlist was Team Slayer. This player was definitely doing something sleazy and should be banned by either Bungie or Microsoft.
Feel free to contact me on Xbox Live in order to watch the clip. Thank you.
