Halo 3: Backwards Compatability

I know Halo 3 is on the MCC, but does the 360 disc Work on the Xbox One, so I can still play with 360 Players (as it’ll use the 360 servers).

I’ve been told it does work, but when I put the disc i n my Xbox to download it – nothing happened. In fact, my Xbox One crashed.

It’s not backwards compatibility. Not sure who told you it was but they were mis-leading you.
