Halo 3 Appearance Resets

So I recently got myself Halo 3. For whatever reason every single time I try to change my appearance in multiplayer just 20 seconds later it resets to default. Armor and emblem goes back to being same is it was when I first started the game and same goes to colors and a tag. What do I do?

There’s a few problems with Halo 3 and the Xbox 360 Servers. 343 Industries is aware of the issues and are looking into things.

Fingers crossed. The issues have been growing and those who still play Halo 3 are making it clear that there are issues that need to be address. 343 has their hands full so we’ll see what happens.
