I don’t think we are going to get a Halo 3 A, ever. A lot of us do not want one, and the last Anniversary didn’t sell as much as they predicted. Also, they have repeatedly said they are not making one.

But what are you trying to say in the part of your comment that I put in bold?

There is no need for Halo 3 anniversary. It has already been remastered in MCC and had a nice facelift via BC One X enhancements.

Plus, we don’t want to get into the habbit of remastering over and over again for the same games. Halo CE and Halo 2 made sense since there is no way for console players to have the full experience (CE is online on PC only, Halo 2 is offline only on consoles). Remastering them and giving them the functionality they never had (CE) or lost (2) for consoles makes sense.

Halo 3 on the other hand, remains fully playable on Xbox 360 and Xbox One via BC or enhanced with 1080p60fps via MCC on Xbox One or enhanced again with 1800p, 16x AF, improved draw distance, higher quality textures and enhanced texture filtering via BC on Xbox One X. Halo 3 remains fully playable so there is no need.

Ask yourself this, where does it end if you keep remastering over and over again? Halo 4 Anniversary? Halo 5 Anniversary? Plus it takes significant time and resources to make, not to mention the cost of Blur’s extremely talented team making the cinematics, which is more than likely not cheap.

It’s not needed in my opinion.

Hopefully, if they do Halo 3 Anniversary. They make it, so that when you complete the Vid Master achievements. You can has Recon armor.

If we see a Halo 3 Anniversary, it’ll be for the 20th Anniversary
