I totally agree. H3A has unbelievable potential and as you said it is the last chance to keep the original halo community still interested in halo. I posted my hopes for the game here. Tell me if you agree or disagree

I don’t want a Halo 3 Anni if they’re going to change how the game looked (to an extent), feels, and ranks people. That’s what made the game unique.

I would literally be happier if they made the original halo 3 backwards compatible, to avoid all the problems with the mcc. Then maybe they could make it one of the free games with gold one month, so people would actually play it.
I was disappointed with the way halo 2 multiplayer was remastered, it feels like a completely different game. 343 should have only remastered the graphics for the campaign of halo 2

Halo 3 backwards compatibility would be awesome in my opinion but I don’t think they would make it a free game with gold since they already did that once.
If it is gonna happen it’s not far off!
