Okay so i recently have gotten hacked and everything on my old account was changed I unlocked recon from the vid master challenge but now that I have my new account cause my old one was hacked I don’t have recon and I heard everybody got recon so I don’t know what to do can u still get recon and if u can how
Wait for 343 to give it to you. Everyone will get it eventually.
They release Recon to new accounts around every month or so, shouldn’t be a long wait for you 
I just made a new account and I did not get recon armor yet.
They haven’t finished giving recon to those who have had the game for a long time.
You got a while to wait.
I must be a baller then, ive had my account for a long time but never used it to play h3. I got bored with reach and jumped on h3 to find out i have recon

As mentioned before, give it a few days to unlock.

Weeks would be the correct term, tends to be sometime near the beginning of the month that they unlock it for the new players.

Maybe. But, again, they haven’t finished unlocking it for everyone who has had the game since before Recon became free.
