I am having this issue with Halo 3 and Reach that when I try to download the game, the download reaches 80% then either restarts or says “Halo 3 couldn’t download” something like that. I heard the issue was with region as I used a Saudi Arabian Credit card to buy the game which is an Indian account. I tried migrating my account but, it says that my account couldn’t be migrated. How can I solve this issue ? The file in the storage after the download is either a 5gb incomplete file (in the case of Halo 3, it is 6.7 gb for Reach) or a 40kb corrupted file (in the case of both games).
