How can i transfer my halo 3 achievement and halo 4 that i recently played on the 360 so i won’t have to play it again to unlock the helioskrill armor?

You can’t I’m afraid OP - Halo MCC is a separate game, none of your previous game stats or achivements tranfer into it. To unlock Helioskrill you need to complete all the campaigns inside MCC
