Does anyone still play Halo 3 and 4 these days? Not just the classic modes like BTB and Infection, I’m still curious to know if Spartan Ops or the Custom Games playlists are still active. Hopefully the arrival of MCC didn’t decrease the player base too much.

Unfortunately, you’re unlikely to get games consistently (if at all with Spartan Ops). At this point, arranging games over Halo Waypoint is the only option I can recommend.

It’s pretty few and far between. If you check some achievement hunting sites if that’s what you’re looking for, you might find a little luck.
Straight up matchmaking is pretty difficult as the populations are small. I was able to get into some Halo 4 BTB games a few weeks back for a bit, but that was it.
